Bluesky seems particularly well-suited for integration with RSS and/or self-owned consumption of the content of internet friends, without delegating curation to an opaque and possibly malignant algorithmic feed.
Every profile gets an RSS feed by default, although this may not work so well in practice, as

RSS operates on a polling model, while social posts (contra "articles") are expected to be push, fresh, notified, shorter half-life, with social cred and bilateral dopamine for reacting first
